Day 5 - India Vs New Zealand Live Scores 2nd Test

India Vs New Zealand Live Streaming 2nd Test

Is the India Vs New Zealand 2nd Test also heading towards a draw? Cricket fans won't like to see another draw. Talking about day 4 of this test, the highlights of the day were tons from Harbhajan and McCullum. This was Harbhajan's second consecutive centuries in test cricket and he is easily in his best ever batting form. He will surely be thinking of being an all rounder for India in future. Hopefully he doesn't have to pay for this in terms of his bowling. Harbhajan is now the highest run scorer for India in this test series. India ended their first innings with 472 runs on board facing New Zealand's 350 in first innings.

McCullum led the charge of New Zealand pretty well as New Zealand could either lose or draw the match. McCullum stood tall and faced the challenge comprehensively by scoring 124 unbeaten at stumps when New Zealand are 237/4 in 75 overs. Kiwis lead by 115 runs with 6 wickets in hand. McIntosh scored a brilliant 49. Ojha took 2 wickets while Raina and Sreesanth shared one wicket each.

Let us all hope that probably the Indian bowlers push hard and show some magic when they clinch the remaining 6 wickets of the Kiwis as soon as possible to go ahead and chase a gettable target on day 5. All the cricket fans are hoping for some exciting and competitive display of cricket as the India Vs New Zealand 2nd test enters day 5.

Day 4 - India Vs New Zealand Live Scores 2nd Test

Well Well Well! Again Harbhajan steals the show! Just have a look at the way he was smashing the ball out of the park for maximum. Sheer confidence when he steps down the pitch to hit a six. Third consecutive 50 in test cricket. No wonders if he starts thinking that he should pitch in as an all rounder now.

New Zealand's 350 initially didn't look a threat to the strong Indian batting line up. But once the wickets started tumbling one after the other, a stage came when it seemed India would end up their innings some where close to 350-370. It was the turbantor Harbhajan who stunned the Kiwis again with his extraordinary batting display. He is unbeaten on 85 (82 balls) and batting in with Sreesanth who is unbeaten on 14. Indian fans are praying that somehow these two stay for a few overs till the time Bhajji could reach another ton in his career. VVS Laxman played well for his 74 whereas Dravid contributed 45. India at stumps of day 3 were 436 for 9 leading ahead of the Kiwis by 86 runs.

A see-saw kind of match has been put into India's favour, thanks to the batting of Laxman and Harbhajan again. Their batting has atleast put one result out of sight viz. India losing the match. The two probable results now could be, either India winning or a draw again. Cricket is a game of uncertainties. Stay updated with this interesting India Vs New Zealand test as Day 4 would probably give us a brighter idea of where this cricket match is exactly heading.
