India Vs New Zealand ODI series enters the 4th ODI to be played at M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bangalore.

Test series didn't look a one sided affair but certainly the India Vs New Zealand ODI side looked an one sided affair so far. New Zealand never looked like winning and have lost the series in the first 3 ODIs itself.

If one looks at the last two ODIs, it seems the Kiwi bowlers are not able to clinch the Indian wickets at all and this won't help their cause at all. Mean while things are all perfect for the Indian team. Top batting order is in fine form with Gautam Gambhir hitting two consecutive centuries and Virat Kohli batting splendidly well. Gautam Gambhir has some plans to change the batting order. Probably Yusuf Pathan can have a bat up in the order so that we all can see some crackers of runs.

India Vs Zimbabwe 1st T20

India defeated Zimbabwe comprehensively by 6 wickets and 5 overs in hand. The Indian bowlers here in Harare restricted Zimbabwe to just 111 for 9 in the first innings. Pragyan Ojha took 2 wickets for 11 in his four overs. This is the most economical spell by an Indian in T20 international cricket.

In reply India scored 112 losing 4 wickets. Yusuf Pathan being the highest scorer for India scored 37 and the captain Raina scored 28. The second T20 is scheduled to be played on June 12th.

Asia Cup 2010 Indian Squad Announced - Sachin Opts Out & Yuvraj dropped

BCCI has announced a 15 men Indian squad for Asia Cup 2010. Sachin and Yuvraj are the two big names which were missing out from the list.

Sachin Tendulkar requested BCCI not to consider his name for Asia Cup because he wishes to spend some time with his children keeping in mind a very busy cricket schedule ahead. 

 

Yuvraj Singh was dropped for his poor form and fitness. Yusuf Pathan was also not included in the squad.
