Chennai Super Kings Vs Warriors Live Scores - A Must Win for CSK

Champions League T20 2010 Updates

RCB knocked the Lions out yesterday and became the 1st IPL team ever to qualify for the semis in Champions League T20. Tonight's clash includes another IPL team striving to take a berth in the semis viz. Chennai Super Kings. They will take on the Warriors who have not lost any match in this year's league. This is the beauty of this year's CLT20 league that a team like Warriors who have won their 3 out of 3 matches are still uncertain about their semis berth. Because a heavy loss today for them can close their gates to the semis. The equations imply that if they lose very badly to CSK, only then they will be knocked out. A defeat by a very low margin can still take them to the semi finals with CSK.

On the other hand if CSK can't manage a win today then Warriors will qualify to the semi final with Victoria. South African fans will be praying hard for Warriors triumph today as their defeat today can see semi finals being played without any South African teams. Davey Jacobs who is in great form is not much worried about the proceedings. Dhoni, the CSK skipper has to worry a bit about his bowling department as bowlers like Ashwin and Balaji have not clicked well.

It will be a pure treat for cricket fans to watch the batting of Jacobs, Hayden, Murali Vijay, Raina, Dhoni and to see the bowlers like Bollinger, Ntini, Botha, Boje and Muralitharan shine for their teams.

Royal Challengers Bangalore Enters Semi Finals - Beats Lions - Virat Kohli Shines Again

Champions League T20 Updates

Royal Challengers Bangalore becomes the first ever IPL team to make it to the semi finals of a Champions League T20. Last year none of the IPL teams could make it to the semis. This year RCB is the first IPL team to make it to the semis as they beat Lions comprehensively. The fate of Chennai Super Kings will be decided tomorrow. If they win, they will be into the semis too.

Batting first Lions scored 159 for 6. Peterson (45) and McKenzie (39) were the top two scorers for Lions. RCB was excellent in the last few overs with their tight bowling and brilliant fielding. Kumble was outstanding with his bowling, giving away just 13 runs in 4 overs and clinching a wicket.

Replying to a total of 159, RCB got a brilliant start with the openers contributing well to the cause. Manish Pandey scored 44 and Dravid scored 33. Virat Kohli shined again with a quick fire 49 off 29 balls. C White supported him very well in the end with an unbeaten 19 off 12 balls.

Virat Kohli was declared the Airtel Man Of The Match.

Royal Challengers Bangalore Vs Lions Live Cricket Scores

The Champions League 2010 has entered into a stage where the teams are playing virtual quarter finals. Net Run Rate is probably out of picture because the team that wins in today's match between Royal Challengers Bangalore Vs Lions will enter the Semi Final. In this group South Australia has already made it to the semi final.

Similarly in the other group, Victoria has 3 wins out of their 4 matches. Chennai Super Kings will take on the Warriors tomorrow who are unbeaten in the 3 matches they have played so far. If Chennai Super Kings beat Warriors with a narrow margin, then they will qualify to the semi finals along with the Warriors. If Warriors are beaten by a very big margin; probably Victoria will qualify to the semis with Chennai Super Kings. The equation is simple if Chennai loses against Warriors tomorrow. The two teams entering semis then would be Warriors and Victoria.

Following is the current standings:

Royal Challengers Bangalore will have a tough fight against Lions who have been quite dominating in this league. Cricket can't be more exciting than this. Catch the action live with useful links:

Mumbai Indians Vs Royal Challengers Bangalore Live Scores

Champions League 2010 has entered an exciting stage where teams are battling hard for their survival. Last night's match between Bushrangers and CSK was a true clash of champions as the tied match was finally won by Bushrangers.

Tonight two IPL teams are battling for their survival in this CLT20. As Mumbai Indians have managed to win just one match in their last 3 matches and this match against RCB is their last round robin match; it is a must win situation for them. Similarly RCB is also eyeing a win to stay alive in this league.

Mumbai is batting first. The total they would post doesn't seem to be a huge one but who knows any team can turn tables in this version of cricket. The most exciting thing is two greatest cricketers of India viz. Sachin and Kumble will be against each other. We can't ask for anything better than this. Stay tuned to cricket.
